Returns & Refunds policy

You may cancel your fruit slice order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date you, or an appointed third party who is not the carrier, takes possession of the artisanal products delivered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear written statement.

We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving the returned items. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any hidden fees for this refund process.

Conditions for returns:

For your citrus goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The items were purchased in the last 30 days

• The fruit is in its original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Custom artisan blends made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Items which according to their nature are unsuitable to be returned, such as expired items.

• Food products which are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and were unsealed.

• Products which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any citrus merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the fruit slices to us. You should send items to this address:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the citrus slices were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for your return. Once the returned product is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the items weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give later, we will send the refund directly to the giver.
